Exchange questiosn

Thanks for another user to post the link:
http://www.samknows.com/broadband

I found the exchange covering the house i'm moving to soon. NTL isn't available in the place as its a fairly new building so I've signed a contract.

I have a paranoia problem :s so just trying to help my mind. The exchange is "Moortown" and it covers Sky LLU. Will this mean that i will 100% definitely be able to get sky broadband or is that just for Sky Connect or what? Some connections like Zen and Pipex are unavailable at the place I'm going but sky and BT are covered..

Thanks
