Lucky enough to snag a girl and boy but checked out so fast as last year mine dissapeared from my basket, I didn't get the outfits, hopefully if I call them in them they wil dd these in the morning

I bought a boy and girl along with their outfits last night around 12.20. I had the code but managed to check out the order without the discount being deducted. I emailed them as soon as I noticed last night and they replied around lunchtime to say they would refund the difference as soon as my order has been despatched.

Received an email this evening to say my penguins have been despatched. So will see if I get the refund automatically or have to email again.

After reading that some had chosen next day postage to increase their chance of receiving the bears, I did wonder if I would get mine but was pleasantly surprised to get the despatch email so quickly.

All in all I'm happy with the process and their customer service so far.

my penguins have shipped already! i only ordered them yesterday at around 4.45pm.
strange thing is that my xmas bears from the day before are still pending.

My parcel is showing as being delivered, problem is i have no idea where to.
Just got in from work, no card left but tracking just says delivered from DO on the 26/11/2012. :mad:

Have you checked round the back of your house? Maybe the postie popped it somewhere and forgot to put the card through to say where?
