Thankyou, I'll keep trying but I feel rather chained to my laptop. Unfortunately this is what happened with the gingerbread men last year - I did eventually manage to order but it transpired they didn't have the stock anyway so had to try to stop the outfits coming then.

I went into Cardiff at 1pm and they still had about 30 teddies in there! They couldn't seem to shift them as they had a girl outside the shop trying to shill them. Stayed up late last night till 12:30 and didn't get them so I'm happy I have a shop nearby! If you sign up for their loyalty card you get a £5 voucher in the post!

I must have missed the processing stage with both of my orders! checked intermittently but only ever saw pending or shipped! Luckily mine have also now been shipped with a tracking number given. Will have a very happy little girl. good luck to everyone still trying!
