does anyone know if i can cancel a online order cant see a option

Managed to get one of each in Cribbs Causeway (Bristol) this morning, they did have 3 bins full but I would guess what they had there would only last an hour or so? I was there when they opened (there was a queue, I was 4th) and I got one of the last few sets of clothes for them.

They are lovely, really pleased with them. I also got the chance to buy a £10 giftcard for £5, I did and then went back and got the smallfry bear with an outfit that my daughter wants for only £3!

I managed to order a set for my daughter & niece with the outfits at 12.15am, my order also still says pending... but I ordered from BAB at the beginnning of November & I'm fairly sure it said pending until it changed to shipped.... hth

Ahh, right. I was sure it went from pending to processing. Just keeping my fingers crossed i get them.

I rang and upgraded my shipping just to be on the safe side - I do remember last year quite a few being cancelled weren't there?

Got mine Was first in the queue.
The limit was 5 pairs (!!), I got one, my mum got 3 but they weren't just for her kids.
She was also offered a £20 gift card for £10 and got a few other vouchers.

They had loads though

Did you have to give your card details over the phone and pay the extra separately? Might do this. What did you do next day?
