£8.13 spent today. Which means i have gone £5 over budget. Not too bothered as i bought 12 packs of mince that i hadn't had planned for.
That is my last spend of the month.
Declaring £55.01.
Looking forward to starting the 2013 GC. Will be doing a yearly one next year as i think it will be easier as i get paid monthly but DH gets paid 4 weekly.
February GC £26.68/£2500 -

Just wondering if anyone can make a suggestion: Last night I slow raosted some pork in onions, cider & vinager to make pulled pork. When it was cooked I was left with a lot of liquid in the bottom of the dish. I thought maybe I should make some sort of sauce/gravy with it. Now that it has cooled down I can see that it contains a lot of fat. So my question is what do I do with it? Turn it into something or just chuck it out....?1% at a time no. 40. £8000 (For dream family holiday) 94/100

If you pour the liquid into a bowl and place in fridge the fat shul settle on the top and can be lifted off, you can save this for roasting or making pastry.Slimming World at target0

Small spend in te$co yesterday of £4.75, needed to get some bread as I want to keep the one in the freezer for over Christmas, I think that's it now until me grocery delivery on Friday and that will be my last shop in December GC January should be fun as it'll be almost 6 weeks but I think i've planned well enough that my groceries should last me until after Christmas
