Thanks for all the responses. Funnily enough, my neighbour does have BT Broadband but I'd rather not depend on their signal lol. I've bought a Netgear Wi-fi Range Extender and i'm hoping that it will solve the problem.

Already mentioned but I didn't put a speed on it as I'm not sure what BT do. Default on my Fonera+ is 512kbps. Regardless of that it's not going to be sparkling from next door or further anyway.debitcardmayhem wrote: »Doesn't Fon/Openzone on home hubs throttle at 500kbps too ?0
