It might be that they have changed the rules so you need to be a member for a fixed period. This is to prevent people joining to 'spam' the site.
Contact the Moderators and ask them to waive the rules if you are not trying to sell/praise some product.0 -
If you look across the top, go to 'new posts'
click on that, look down the right hand side and find a board.

On the left somewhre there will be somewhere it says 'new thread'
I find that the easiest way.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Just to give an update for anyone interested, this was a rate for commercial property. Without a meter the rate is £340 for 7 months; 40 quid less....not a big deal....still an extortion for a studio flat....anyway they are coming to install a meter in couple of weeks so hopefully this will solve the problem with the ridiculously expensive water bills0
