i have just returned to my van to find a ticket from ukcps for £60 or £100 if i dont pay in 28 days , this was for leaving the site on foot,i left because there were no toilets on the site and i suffer with prostrate problems so needed a toilet ,should i pay or should i wait untill i am taken to court ???? please help thank you

Its not a fine, its a penalty charge.
Post on the Motoring, parking fines section and they will best advise.
Suffice to say you dont have to pay.0 -

Please don't communicate further with them unless you are not the RK of the van, ukcps is well known on here and it's advised not to divulge any further details as Peter Haswell their office manager lurks here, don't you petey boy ?the advice of ignore is a proven tactic that works.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

THEIR next move is to provide you with a POPLA verification code for the independent appeal. Demand that they provide the code by return (unless this was in Scotland).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
