Moving House - what to do re: Sky etc

I'm currently a BT (phone and broadband) and Sky customer (Sky+HD - £32.95 per month). We're moving in about 3 weeks (just waiting to exchange contracts).
I was thinking it may be worth using Sky for the lot in the new house, and was wondering the best way to go about it. If I go through Quidco will I still get the cashback for upgrading if I'm doing it through a house move, or am I better off giving my notice and taking out new accounts in my husbands name?
We can't get cable so Sky is probably our only real option (other than freeview obviously!!!)

Is there already a working ADSL line in the new property? if so, who is the current supplier? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I think so, current owner works for BT and gets free BT. They also have Sky.0

Then, if there is a working dish and LNB, you can plug your Sky equipment in and have it working straight away.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

When we last moved, we cancelled our current subscription with Sky and opened up a new one in my wifes name, using a different bank account for the direct debits to make it less likely they would spot we were moving and not treat us as new customers.
Going as a new customer meant we got a load of new equipment, as well as the Quidco cashback.
We also took the old Sky boxes with us so they can be used if the current ones fail.0 -

They've got a few offers for existing customers to upgrade. You can get a £25 M&S voucher if you do it online. For broadband you can get 6 months free plus free hub and installation (same with your new dish and having it hooked to your box)
I moved a few weeks back, dish was done in a couple of days but phone and broadband (new line -again free of charge which is unusual) won't be done until 11th December. So book it asap if you decide to go with them for thatIf women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

I think I'll wait til exchange, so fingers crossed it'll still be there. Do you still get the quidco?0 -
