Thats the state of my ADSL exchange.
I'm currently on 8MBmax, unlimited bandwidth, for £24pm
I rarely experience more than 3mb so could live with a 2mb ISP but my usage as a gamer is 20gb per month so anything less from an ISP is out of the question.
