Its hard to say without knowing the area, how long its been on the market and comparatives. What do you think its worth? Your in a good position, maybe go in at 80k and work up from there..?0

the area isnt a excellent one but i know it and its where i want its been on the market 5 months now and i dont thinkits worth the asking price but roughly how low is too low0
