Orange details in cooling off period?

Hi
I have just agreed a very good loyalty BB and phone package with Orange over the phone. I got emails confirming a 'change' to my account but no details?
MY Account on the Orange website has no details of the old or new package.
I can't seem to negotiate back to the Retention Team as I want the package details in writing during the 7 day cooling off period!
Any advice welcomed

The Orange email says "Great news, we've made the changes you requested to your broadband plan and we have renewed your contract for 12 months. You can check out our terms and conditions online."
