This relisted ipad box had been bid up to £36 and the guy received a neg.
They now have altered the Title/Description and it will be interesting to see the outcome.

Doesn't an original iPhone box in perfect condition go for silly money to collectors?

Reminds me of a few years ago when some sellers were trying to sell £2 coins saying they were limited edition produced to celebrate the release of Oasis's 4th album (as they both shared "standing on the shoulders of giants" on them. £2 coin for sale for a mere £5

Listed under "iPad/Tablet/eReaders" but shouldn't it be listed under "iPad/Tablet/eReaders Accesories" ??

I think that is the fundamental problem with this type of listing.

Or under packaging and materials (or whatever the category name is).

Actually, it can be that some product boxes are worth some money - boxes for high-end audio equipment can go for as much as £50, and some vintage kit can be much enhanced by having the corresponding box.

But I don't see how an iPad would fit into that.

    I totally agree.
It doesn't matter that some buyers might not read the listing properly.
It doesn't matter that the seller mentions the sale is for a box only.
Why is the item, yet again in the wrong category?
At the end of the day this listing is deliberate in its intent to rip off a buyer.
Lose is to not win......Loose is not tight......get it right!
