  • Hi I am at work for 12 hours, but more significant I have had a telephone call interview with cafcass today regarding my pending court for me it went very well and I am very pleased. I am just hoping for that right outcome. Well I have had my dinner via work and I am looking forward to a good afternoon ahead so far it's a non spend day.....
  • Yesterday wasn't quite a non spend day I spent £5 on my lottery syndicate but this will end in November as my workmate is going to stop doing it after work I visited my girlfriend and then came back. Today it's a half a day at work 2-8 and I am having to keep a watchful eye on my father he is not feeling well. Hope everything will get sorted soon x
  • Two days away from court day now and I really can see the light at the end of the tunnel 2013 has been a year that I already want to not think about come Friday a whole huge weight will be lifted from my shoulders, any way today is the fourth twelve hour shift I have been on and I have the energy levels of a snail, whatever you are up to today make it a good day and make it count. Happydaddy x

  • Hi everyone Well court has passed and there has been progress made but there is still a way to go I haven't completely got what I wanted but I have gained in other ways, well where do I start, My Monday time with my daughter has been cancelled but the judge has given me over a couple times over the year, for my daughter to come and stay with me for a week this will be easter summer and autumn also I hope I get this right the judge has given me my daughter Friday 3:20 till 8pm Saturday and then the next week Friday 3:20 till Sunday 6 the sticking point is though dd mum will not agree to it so I am having to go back to court in November and a judge will finalise it I think I have got this right my head has been slightly all over since Friday

Hope you can get all this sorted very soon.

Does your DD not have a say in when she wishes to stay with you?

Your DD also knows how much you love her and that is what is important at the end of the day.

Thanks Kelpie :) this is something that is going to happen I think they called it a section 7 I could not believe the lies that was said about me it was dreadful at one point I was thinking where Jeremy Kyle when you need him for his lie detector blimey she sucked the life at me. The positive thing is that I am still seeing my daughter but I will never give up I am so fortunate compared to others they are not so lucky. Well it is a lovely day here so have great day everyone c happy daddy x
