Keep your cool HD, I know it is very hard to try to concentrate when things look so bad. If you keep busy time will pass very quickly.
Not too sure is Mr B is away for easter as the schools are on holiday.
Try to PM him I am sure he will help if at all possible.
Take care :A0 -

Stay strong HD! Dont let this latest developement drag you down! Whilst going through my acrimonious divorce the letters I received from the "other sides" legal team were jaw dropping and so nasty and so untrue. I was a terrible mother I didnt contribute finanacially ( did full time nights plus extra shifts)etc etc Now I dont know if this is a legal letter or a personal one but at the end of the day its just words. Now I was devastated at the time but at the end of the day good will always win over evil. Your beautiful daughter knows the truth and she knows her Daddy loves her. Its a horrendous situation but I promise you One day you will look back on this whole awful experience and feel proud of yourself ! I feel sorry for your parents a very stressful time for them watching you go through all this. Even though you are an adult you are still their child. Thinking of you . Take Care Suz Dont let the b******s! get you down x:eek0

PM me if you want HD. Also, do be aware that you are giving out a lot of information on a public forum and the likelihood is that somebody could be letting the other side know all your thoughts and tactics. Am not trying to get you paranoid but remember it's a lot easier to win at poker if you don't show your opponent what is in your hand. And as has been said before, solictor's letters can contain any old spurious BS/conjecture - they are designed to unsettle - you need to let your parents know that just because something has a solictors letterhead, typed up on parchment paper and signed by somebody with a load of letters after their name it does not make it any more official, truthful or legally binding than me sending you a list of insults written in crayola.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Great advice from Mr Bloater particularly the bit about sharing too much personal information (eg the letter ) about the current situation. Off to give my mum a wash and breakfast take care HD try not to get to stressed as Mr B said. Just loved his post especially the last sentence!!! Suz ;-):eek0

Mr Bloater sir your a total legend in my eyes thank you so much yesterday was a frantic day and I was caught up in the moment with things feeling just so stressed and when I sat back read the posts it brought me back to reality. Today something has happened and it has perked me up no end at ten past two today I received a telephone call, after countless days without seeing my daughter I am going to see her it's only for a couple of hours, but delighted, I have missed her more than words can say xx thank you one and all xx0

:j:j:j Aw that is fantastic news HD
Sooooooo pleased you get to spend time with Emma. Not that you'll need reminding, but tell her how much you love her, how much you miss her, and remind her you haven't forgotten her just coz she hasn't see you! Maybe explain that circumstances are difficult at the minute, just to help her understand.
Take plenty of photos... and enjoy!!:D
