Paypal, seller gone quiet.......

I sent one last email today to all email address', and no reply.

I've escalated to a claim on Paypal now.

How long does it generally take for them to come back with a decision?

I'm seriously wondering how on earth people can scour 'wanted' ads to con people?

Oh well, at least I insisted on paying by Paypal.

Update:

Time has passed with my Paypal claim, and surprise surprise, no contact whatsoever from the seller.

Paypal has ruled in my favour, and are refunding the payment.

I've just checked my paypal account and the amount is showing a debit and credit on 1 December.

Does this just go back into my bank direct, or do I need to withdraw funds from Paypal?

Just wondering how long it will take.

it returns to the payments method you used, so if you paid by card with no funds on your paypal it would return to your card within 3-5 working days.
