Perhaps a code of conduct for Independent Financial Advisers might be open to debate.Whilst we are on the subject of signatures ,standardisation would seem appropriate.

As for who touts for business, it doesnt need anyone to point out who those guilty of it are as it is obvious to everyone by the content of their posts.

They already have one as do the mortage advisers you can find it here

Those that dis-agree are wrong . I have not even followed the thread and I care little about the content,but I feel that it is the right of every individual to be able to go to arbitration to assume that your opinion is correct and all others are wrong is socially unacceptable in a community such as this.

There seem to be a lot of people in the forum these days who just come in for an arguement or to upset people

Yes I agree Andrew,and they openly admit it,feeling that there will be no consequences well I am afraid that they are wrong ,the moderators monitor and will take action .
Payless is the gentleman of this forum and deserves respect,having a pop when he is stating fact is inappropriate and dis-respectful to a broker of his standing.
