Please make a constructive comment.
Please be nice to all MoneySavers
And you think that reporting shameless to the moderators is being nice?
(ignoring the fact you were wrong).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Perhaps a code of conduct for Independent Financial Advisers might be open to debate.Whilst we are on the subject of signatures ,standardisation would seem appropriate. To be happy you need to make someone happy.0

Pops in, yawns, same old !!!!!!, touting this touting that. BORING ...............................................................
Hey don't have a pop at Payless, we have him to thank for the creation of the mortgage forum with Martin in the first place.
As for who touts for business, it doesnt need anyone to point out who those guilty of it are as it is obvious to everyone by the content of their posts.

I did not create the rules of this forum ,but your choice of words might be appropriate in your own sphere, but on this forum you must adopt the code.To be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -

There seem to be a lot of people in the forum these days who just come in for an arguement or to upset people
We should have a slap button as well as a thanks button
Its a beautiful day, whats up with you all?I am a Mortgage Adviser
You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Yes I agree Andrew, and they openly admit it,feeling that there will be no consequences well I am afraid that they are wrong ,the moderators monitor and will take action .
Payless is the gentleman of this forum and deserves respect, having a pop when he is stating fact is inappropriate and dis-respectful to a broker of his standing. To be happy you need to make someone happy.0
