Hi. Has anyone whose birthday was last week received the 50 birthday pp?? I didn't and when I emailed pigsback about it, they refused to add them manually saying that I didn't enter my date of birth successfully. Needless to say I'm not happy about that reply and have sent them another email to that effect.

Do you use Firefox rather than Internet Explorer?

I've just been back and checked my account and even though I signed up for the Birthday Email last week, the date boxes are empty but the box is still ticked. I re-entered the date/month/year a couple of times and updated the page but each time I went back in, the boxes were blank. I use Firefox and so thought I'd go on using Internet Explorer and update the date/month/year boxes and they have now stayed filled. Hope this makes sense.

Fingers crossed it works as it's my birthday on Saturday. :j
