Thanks for that brown615. I did use firefox. I'll try with IE later but the thing is my birthday has now passed. I am surprised by the response I got from Pigsback re: not giving me the points anyway even if it means adding them manually. After all they are only 50 pp.

OH had a birthday yesterday and we got an e-mail saying the points were added as promised.
