Is it me or has Pigsback gone really down hill lately? Reducing piggypoints for £'s spent to tiny amounts, hardly any CT's, vouchers being out of stock for ages, no new signup points...

I've just cashed my PP's for 2 Boots vouchers as I got fed up of waiting for the Top Shop vouchers to come back into stock. I've had £90 in vouchers since November which I am extremely grateful for but it just seems to have gotten boring now with the lack of PP's to earn!

Is anyone having trouble getting an email back from pigsback? Over the past couple of months I've emailed them 5 times and they haven't replied to one of them. They always used to reply. I do keep asking the same questions about party bingo points and tesco, but I only ask again because they don't reply. There's def nothing in my spam folder. It's a bit annoying because I'm owed 4000 points in total.

same here ive emailed several times over something and no reply they used to reply with 24hrs

I've emailled them twice, the latest being last night. I got an reply from them this morning apologising for the delay, so they must be having a backlog, I was just lucky.

My OH e-mailed Pigsback on Friday night and I e-mailed them on Saturday, we both got replies on Monday morning. With the exception of weekends I have found they have always got back to me within 24hrs.
