Just logged onto PB for the first time in a week (pc died, don't ask) and I've had 1500 points added from uswitch, now when I did the uswitch thing, I only recieved a "Hippo" bag to pop in the cistern, and an email from my water company asking for me to contact them to check details for switching to a meter, needless to say, I didn't contact them, I'm moving in the next week or 2 so I won't be either!!

Just to say that if you are doing an electricity/gas switch at the moment Moneysupermarket are still doing a £30 cashback for a dual fuel switch (£17.50 for single switch?)

That would seem a better deal that the Pigsback/uswitch tie up.

after numerous messages to and from lynn and she agreed i was on the offers page on one shop (1 out of 3) but not on the other (2nd order, wich was my largest) but i know i did and told me the third order should be credited in may if tracked correctly(i hope so) i now get this email from eamon today

i did a 4th order yesturday but this time took several screen shots as its getting beyond a joke i also suggested a tracking / pending page in your account if plenty 'suggest it' they might add the idea

I don't know if this has been mentioned already but if you go to ur subscription page and fill in details of your birthday, u get a yearly prezzie from Curly. 50points if the sample e-mail they show is accurate.

has anyone had their pigsback account closed - i have been told by pigsback i have multiple accounts - which isnt true i hasten to add

me and my oh have one account each - same address different email address - i understood this was ok - however they have shut his a/c and taken all the points!

Hi wishicouldaffordit,

If you could send them email...convincing them that they are 2 diff a/c operated by 2 diff persons...they may reactivate your account ...with the same balance as it was...

As I read through earlier posts many MSErs had this problem...and after mailing PB they got their a/c reactivated...

did you actually "switch" any of your utilities using uswitch or just went through the questionaire and not do the actual switch.

I did the water switch questionaire on uswitch and it said there is not much I can do to save any more. Gave a few suggestions but no switch compainies. Should this result in Piggy Points for me?
