can someone just confirm that membersupport@pigsback.com is one of the email adresses you can send to.. cause im pretty sure i sent it there before

sign up and ordered prints from snapfish but no points through yet. has anyone else has this problem before, it says it should only take 24hours

Hi, Ive not received mine yet either, its because I havent ordered my free prints yet, your points are credited when you get your first set of prints...they can be delivered to your nearest Jessops I think. xx
Please someone correct me if Im wrong.

i only joined in december and do th comps every day..usually between some unearthly hour in the morning and about 10 am but have done them during the day and evening before...

im normally the unluckiest person in the world but i did win one of the 1000 points quizes last month so was jumping about like a big kid because i had actually won a comp lol...:rotfl:

I nearly always do the quizes at this time in the morning. I have never won either. My other half has won one quiz only.

Can you get the points for just getting a quote? Well, people seem to have but thats not really what the t&c say.

What consitutes a 'quote'? Well, we don't exactly know but I'd guess the point where you press 'apply' on the pigsback/uswitch site and enter your name and email and then get directed to the supplier's site. But, again, the t&c say the points are available for switching.

Do credit card applications/quotes count? Well, I got the points for actually taking up a credit card but I'm not sure about just getting a 'quote'.

Those of us who have just received our points went through the link when it was for 1500 points... possibly the t&c changed when the points were reduced to 500?

And to those who want to know if just doing a quote without committing to anything will work... why not just try it???? You either want to switch/apply or not... if not then just get the quote and wait and see if you get the points. Even do a few different ones if you fancy

That's not really supposed to be an faq by the way... just a few half-formed answers!

and when i go onto the us switch site from pigsback im never asked for a email address it just goes through the quote with me and then ends ..

so i havnt a clue if thats it if i will get my points or what

My tesco didn't track either, I'm convinced there must be something up with their systems... there's too many people with an untracked tesco compared to the other companies on PB... hmmm

i ordered my prints on monday but havnt had any points yet, my prints are ready for collection today.
i'l give it till end of week and then contact PB.

im still waiting for points for rehab bingo, direct cosmetics, book club,and jackpot joy bingo, ive learnt the hard way to make sure i keep all of my confirmation e-mails!!!!
