Cant believe i have got so much out of Pigsback, only joined on 8th feb and have just order my 3rd £10 Boots voucher and have only £1.90 till i order my forth.

Unbelieveable in just over 2 months i,ve nearly had £40 in boots vouchera.:j

Not won any comps yet but thanks very much for everyones help and pointers. :T

Hey i just ordered a water meter through uswitch.com as we don't have one via pigsback, it wasn't a switch, not sure if u will get any points?

I fully agree with jules,I have seen people recommending paid to shop as the swap site so many times.And the swap thread on there is soooo long now.Its good everyone gets a chance to swap but so many people dont post or use any other part of the site and just use it for swaps-more work for mods there.If this continues,it may bcum a paidtoswap site!Also,just worth mentioning that any swap done on the site is between u and the person,paidtoshop site is not responsible if the other person doesnt send u the vouchers as intended ot delayed etc.thats the reason swaps are not allowed on mse as well,I guess.Join in the other bits as well,people on there are very friendly and theres a good community feel!No question on there goes unanswered however silly it might be!

I think the trouble is that we don't know the answers to the questions...

Can you get the points for just getting a quote? Well, people seem to have but thats not really what the t&c say.

What consitutes a 'quote'? Well, we don't exactly know but I'd guess the point where you press 'apply' on the pigsback/uswitch site and enter your name and email and then get directed to the supplier's site. But, again, the t&c say the points are available for switching.

Do credit card applications/quotes count? Well, I got the points for actually taking up a credit card but I'm not sure about just getting a 'quote'.

Those of us who have just received our points went through the link when it was for 1500 points... possibly the t&c changed when the points were reduced to 500?

And to those who want to know if just doing a quote without committing to anything will work... why not just try it???? You either want to switch/apply or not... if not then just get the quote and wait and see if you get the points. Even do a few different ones if you fancy

That's not really supposed to be an faq by the way... just a few half-formed answers!

It is usually between 10.00 - 10.30 pm before I get around to reading this thread and entering the competitions from the links given. (Thanks to all the people who take the time to do this.) I have never won anything and have been doing the competitions for about 18 months. I was just wondering if anyone could give me any hope that my time will come by letting me know if anyone has won anything when they have entered so late in the day.

I have, in the last 18 months, entered almost every day and at every time of the day from 5am to 2 mins before the questions change :rotfl: but I haven't won a thing! I know that doesn't answer your question really, just saying maybe you're just unlucky like me! sorry!
