well, i am beginning to get angry over the tesco piggypoints fiasco. i forwarded the link for this thread to pb and basically the reply i got was pathetic. basically as its tescos fault with the loss of tracking of all our points its nothing to do with pb. i feel that is just sooo wrong, as they are the company advertising and encouraging us to use the tesco link etc. surely they should take some responsibility.
i have lost a serious amount of piggypoints through this and i don`t feel we should take it lying down.
tesco are a very rich company and they should n`t be allowed to renegade on the piggypoints issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so keep on hassling pb with emails etc and we may get somewhere.....
oooohhhh i feel better for that rant......ha ha .
    thanks

well i must admit it has certainly put me off going through pigsback for any shopping, and im not just talking about tescos, my nephew wants to order a laptop from dell and wants me to do it online for him and pigsback actually offers the best cashback but im dubious about it in case they try to tell me there isnt any recollection of the order through them, has anyone bought from dell via pigsbakc and had it tracked?

    thanks

    Hi wishicouldaffordit,

If you could send them email...convincing them that they are 2 diff a/c operated by 2 diff persons...they may reactivate your account ...with the same balance as it was...

As I read through earlier posts many MSErs had this problem...and after mailing PB they got their a/c reactivated...

    Hope this helps...

    idlesaver;)

thanks all sorted - i emailed them and they reinstated the account

    as regards to snap fish.
Eamon has had to manually add the points to my account, but needed both my registration and photo order e-mails with snapfish.
