Is a PPC invoice deductable as expenses against income?

It would be interesting to see what the tax man thought. If I park in a car park and pay and I am on business I can claim the charge as an expense. Now if I parked and got a parking charge if I was daft enough to pay it I would deffo put it down as an expense!0
