Is a PPC invoice deductable as expenses against income?

Can you use a ppc invoice as a legitimate business expense and deduct it against tax?
For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.

    Not sure anyone paying these things would know how tax works anyway!

    Yes, I'd be pretty much certain.
    I'm no expert, but if it was my business and I was using one (yeah, right!) then I would include it in my expenses.

    Very true!

    It just got me thinking, that if i am parking up and getting these invoices (not saying that would be paid or not) could one reduce their tax.....
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.

    Well as these are invoices i would say yes! But not for VAT, as i believe any VAT elements are not able to be passed on tot he motorist.

    Fines and Penalty charges are not tax deductable.

    Sorry, I thought you meant could the landowner who employs the PPC offset the cost of the PPC to reduce their tax.

    But you're asking if someone who receives a parking "fine" could use it to reduce their own tax bill.
