When you send off your bill, and when they send you a SMS to confirm they have received it, the text message you receive, under "sender" does it say "TextNow"?

Before if I remember it used to say sender "CPW" but now it says "TextNow". Just wondering if this is a legitimate test message.

    Oh I see ok.

Looks like CPW must have changed service providers for their SMS services.

    sorry for hijacking,

How many days since sending the claim, you receive this SMS. I sent it on 11th April and they must have received it on 12th but yet to receive the SMS,

    Thanks

I sent my bill in the post on 12th April and they received it on 13th April. However, I received the text message today from CPW confirming they have received my claim and it has been processed.
