Thank you for that. I admit I haven't an idea how you could do this if the networks can't, but I am not sufficiently clued up to say if this is a wind up or not.

How are you getting access to the feeds to the cell towers?

If you worked for a network you 'might' if you worked in the right section have access to the raw data streams, but they're not going to allow you to run your own software on their systems do you can track anyone you like. And they're certainly not going to allow you to give this information out to anyone, that would be a huge breach of security and the pda.

Sounds like a wind up.
