Trying to get a refund from talk talk

I am due a refund cheque from talk talk for an incorrect charge to me. I have been dealing with (Text removed by MSE Forum Team) Manager CEO Office, who has authorised this refund, but so far I haven't received it. She has seems to have disappeared. She doesn't answer my e-mails and her telephone number seemed to be disconnected.
I don't wish to deal any more with their completely, useless, useless, USELESS!, telephone customer support line. They haven't the faintest idea what they are doing, nor can one believe anything they tell you. They are so useless they will run talk talk into the ground if talk talk doesn't do something to remedy this situation.
Anybody know how I can contact someone in authority at talk talk who could help me with this matter please?
