can't download question
daughter got a new phone-samsung galaxy ace la fleur-but it won't download anything and says failed.her old phone samsung genio touch downloaded no problem.does anybody know what the problem is? the geek squad! said it won't download anything over 20 meg on 3g and would have to use wifi-which isn't possible.

What is she trying to download?
the limit might be because of the storage of the device - does it have a memory card?
It should not effect services such as youtube etc, which stream rather than download.0 -
it does have a memory card and storage is 478mb.the phone won't even download the smallest app-she's tried various things.you tube she can watch0
