Virgin Media Sports Price Increase

Don't know if anyone can help but Virgin Media put the price of the Sky Sports pack up by about £3.50 a month a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't told about the increase at all it ended up being a bit of a shock on my bill! As a result I've had to cancel as I can't afford the increase.
Just wondering if anyone knows whether I have any kind of right as a customer here as the price was increased without telling me meaning I could get the sports pack at the previous price.

No idea. But surely you could haggle with them, or decrease other services in order to make up the amount????
Phone after working hours, and get transferred to India. Far better at customer support. That's who I phone if I ever need a free spare HDMI cable0
