I am on my second blackberry phone in less than a month. I thought i may like it but i actually hate using it.
My first phone kept crashing, did a factory reset and so on and it still crashed, every couple of weeks. Got to a head the other week so i arranged a exchange.
The replacement phone that came a week ago, is now also crashing and today it crashed four times within the hour, 3 times all within 20 minutes. Each time i was in the middle of essential calls in connection with my work.
Orange refuse to let me change my make and model of phone. They only do a like for like exchange. I hate the blackberry and having two unreliable phones in a row, i dont want to chance a third.
What are my rights to change to another phone. I have no faith with blackberry. I will have my third blackberry delivered over the weekend.
I have also read that the crashing is common on blackberrys, hence why i want to stay away.

Orange must repair or replace (with the same) withing reasonable time and without causing you significant inconvenience. If you feel that the inconvenience they cause you is significant, sue them, but a judge can have a different opinion.
Also, the phone has to be 'fit for purpose', but proving that it is not will be very difficult.0 -
you do know its a software issue, and they can update itDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
