Hi,
I am looking at getting TV and am confused by all the options and the small print!!!
Basically i am looking for the cheapest option...Whats the best deal out there at the moment?
having had a look around i think it may be Virgin media on the classic or essential collections but to be honest i am new to this and i dont want to end up in a contract that is....not good value!
I am a true money saver so whats the cheapest option for TV, Internet (might as well have free calls since paying for a phone line)!? apart from freeview? (If it was just me i would be happy with just this!)
TV = ESPN would be a great extra but not willing to pay extra as such.
internet = to broswe internet, maybe stream? but not download.
Phone = not fuessed as have mobiles, but if have to have line then might as well have free calls?
Sorry in advance if this is not coherrant/spelling mistakes?
Any questions please ask!

Expensive for somebody who is not bothered about having a landline phone and wants only basic TV..
2019@ I would say no package is good for you. All you really need to pay for is the internet. If you are in cable area get Virgin Media lowest speed broadband. Get free TV via freeview/freesat and don't pay for landline phone if you don't need it. All that will cost you £22.50/month.
It works for me. I pay only £18.50/month with £4 discount.0 -

You are seriously misinformed. Everything delivered over the internet is downloaded..
e,g.
Streaming a TV programme on the iPlayer represents a download of around 500Mb per hour of viewing.
Anyhoo Hows about YouView? TT an BT do deals. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

Problem with that is that you won't get much streaming a month out of 2GB.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
i think your best option would be to get 30meg bb from virgin, no phoneline and use freeview0

There is no universal 'cheapest', since broadband is exchange-specific. Start with an exchange search on ww.samknows.com for your LLU options. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
