Geek Squad Can't Set Up A Direct Debit!

On it's release date of the 21st September 2012 I purchased a iPhone 5 from my local Carphone Warehouse store. I decided that I would also purchase Geek Squad mobile phone insurance for the handset @ point of sale. So I gave my bank account details to the Sales Consultant so the Direct Debit could be set up my bank account. On the 24th September 2012 I decided to cancel the Geek Squad Direct Debit from my bank account & set it up on a different bank account that I also have. I was informed by a Geek Squad Agent via a phone call that I made to Geek Squad telling them that I had cancelled the Direct Debit on my bank account account & that I wanted to set up a new Direct Debit on a different bank account that the date of my first payment would remain the same. Which was the 5th October 2012. On the run up to the 5th October 2012 I was checking my bank account to see if the new Direct Debit had been set up. To cut a long story short as I write this today of the 15th November 2012 there is still no Direct Debit from the The Geek Squad or The Carphone Warehouse on my bank account. I have had to make two payments via phone call to The Geek Squad via my Debit card. On the last call the adviser told me that "We shouldn't really take card payments over the phone as our only method of payment is Direct Debit as The Geek Squad are meant to treat all customers equally." But by Geek Squad not setting up the Direct Debit they are not treating me fairly as a customer!
