M&S Money - unable to contact them

Hello,
I'm having problems getting through to speak to them about my ISAs. I've been using 01244 688632 from my mobile, and have tried a few times but gave up being on hold after 20 minutes. I've even emailed them and they haven't come back to me. All I want to do is change my address!
Also, on the certificate, what is the account number and sort code? I'm thinking of transferring.

Had the same trouble multiple times over the past few weeks until today (once I was on hold for 1hr 30 mins and then cut off!). Finally managed to get through to them this morning on 0800 0282824 (same number as before but they seem to be answering today, within 9 minutes!). Good luck!

Just got through after 30 minutes. Have moved some of my variable rate ISA to a 2 year fix at 2.9%. Note that their current fixed rate products are ending on 11th Dec (no doubt they will be replaced with lower rates) so they are likely to be particularly busy at the moment.

Also they are dropping their variable rate to 2.75% on the 11th and down to 2.25% on 6th March

I don't think M&S ISAs have a sort code and account number. They have a client ref and a contract ref, both of which are 12 digits long. Too long for either account no or sort code.

The good news is that you don't need to contact M&S to transfer your ISA out. Contact your new ISA provider and fill in one of their transfer forms. You'll probably need to write the M&S numbers outside of any boxes provided for sort code and account.

Iv had an M&S credit card for 6 years now and I have always used the following number: 08459000900 - I realise mines a credit card number, but they recorded voice has changed to welcome me with 'M&S Bank' so should work
