    It should fit. You need to make sure you delete space between sentences. It usually the number of lines that's exceeded.

    That's the same lines I was thinking along. The short version was designed to use on the moneyclaim site, and loads of people have done so successfully.

  • Got it down to 1053 characters, removed all unnecessary spaces and the illegal symbols but it still shows the error.

    As I said previously, I don't think, it's the number of characters, but the number of lines. Make sure there are no unnecessary carriage returns.
  • Ive tryed to used the moneyclaim website but the particular of claim part keeps saying WARNING: Claim Particulars: This information is required and must be no more than 24 lines or 1080 characters. The following characters cannot be used < > & ". but there are none of those symbols in the text and only 1071 characters, i have read other peoples threads whom also had the same problem and have used the various ideas which people have posted but am still having the same trouble

  • I have just received a defence/request for more information from Cobbetts, who represent Natwest. They are saying that I didn't mention the account number and details of the claim. Yet I filled out the claim on the website which didn't give enough space for all that information. I also furnished Natwest with all the details in my original letters. Is this delaying tactics? I have to say I am baffled by all the legal jargon they are using.
  • Hi all! I am literally in the middle of making a claim through moneyclaim and I am stuck on particulars of claim.. I copied a template of what to put from here and it goes over the limit of characters... i don't know what to do ... have i not done it right?
