On Monday i was hit from behind by another vehicle whilst i was stationary in traffic...hit at about 30mph and the other vehicle didn't even brake, just plowed into me.
I had to have the roof cut off my vehicle and was removed on a spinal board due to neck/back pain.
Taken to hospital where i was examined and discharged with "whiplash" within 30 minutes of arriving.

I am still in some pain, having trouble sleeping properly due to the discomfort.

I am still managing to go to work, but am in fairly constant low level pain, which gets worse if not managed by pain killers.
Can't really work at my computer for too long as it is uncomfortable due to my neck/shoulder.

I have contents insurance with Swintons, with "Home Legal Protection"....is this likely to cover me to claim for my injury?

If not, are there any recommended firms to use?

Have you reported the accident to your insurer?

Your insurer or their appointed Claims Management Co. will be falling over themselves to [STRIKE]get a referral fee[/STRIKE] help you.

If you really were hit at 30 mph whilst stationary (that is a serious accident) I would hang on for a while to see if you have any lasting injury. You were only injured a couple of days ago. No rush to cash in.
Mr Straw described whiplash as "not so much an injury, more a profitable invention of the human imagination—undiagnosable except by third-rate doctors in the pay of the claims management companies or personal injury lawyers"

no he wants the cash, to be diagnosed only whipcash in 30 min means nothing serious
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
