Is this forum for financial experts only, or am I welcome to post my comments/questions freely among helpful knowledgeable members?
I feel quite belittled by some of the less friendly advice.
callum9999 you are a real big shot aren't you? Your opinion is worth not one iota to me.

Thanks to some of the others who have made some good suggestions.

I must however be wrong to expect my bank to make things a bit easier for me.
As others have advised you - YOU can make it easier for YOURSELF from now on by organising your finances much better.
Up to you whether you take it on board.

    And NatWest.

And HSBC. And most other banks, as it happens.

If Lloyds don't meet your needs, ditch and switch.

While it does appear there are banks that will allow a year's worth of transactions to be viewed at one time (which may include mine, it's not something I've ever felt the need to try) anyone who is so disorganised that they have done nothing to record income earned over 18 months ago really deserves to experience some hassle in pulling together the figures now.
