Orange offers not honoured

:mad: I changed to Orange Broadband in February this year as their prices were good for unlimited Broadband plus they were offering 40 pounds of JS vouchers. I have been trying all year to receive these vouchers with varying replies but now they tell me in November I am not eligible! Anyone else had the same problem?
