This has to be a joke, right. The sole Director of Combined parking Solutions Ltd is (Text removed by MSE Forum Team). Just as was the case with Combined Solutions UK Limited, the previous iteration. Why would anyone think that Perky was no longer involved?
  • Perky had not been a Director of the company previously running the business, Combined Solutions UK Limited for some years (his missus was Director), yet it did not stop him acting as if he was still in charge and representing them including his many trolls on here and other consumer sites.

What has changed with the new company? The missus is still the Director and are we really expected to believe Perky has nothing to do with them? I don't think so. He might have briefly have been a Director of the new entity when he was briefly appointed to the AOS Board as it would look very strange for someone to be on the board who was not a Director of an AOS member company.

I notice that the AOS list shows "Combined Parking Solutions" without the LTD. As this is a new company is the existing membership valid?

He is the incorporation document for the new company:-

Well that is a point of view but it is also the sort of comment that could get this thread deleted again!

Not that it matters as the original CPS thread is back !!!
