Even an amateur lawyer will tell you that truth is an absolute defence to libel claims.

That Combined Parking Solutions were banned for 3 months (and remain banned at the time of writing) from receiving motorists' details from the DVLA database is unquestionably THE TRUTH. Heck, even Consumer Action Group even had a story about it.

So, MSE, if you are being cowed by Perky from publishing the truth perhaps it is time to change your lawyers.

Combined parking solutions have been suspended! A certain person is no longer a director of combined parking solutions! Maybe that certain person has no more to do with combined parking solutions, so should no longer be mentioned along with combined parking solutions?
