One word of caution. Many forum members seem to dish out the ignore advice without either any real personal knowledge apart from that gleaned from forums such as this or without actually reading your actual circumstances.

It would seem that Graham White may be starting to try to take more cases to court.

Please please keep an eye on your letters and make sure they are just the normal threats, which can be ignored, and not real court papers.

In the event a of receiving real court papers I suggest that pepipoo are better place to help.

Many forum members dish out the ignore advice based on their own real experience ! I am one such member.
No one is advocating ignoring real genuine Court Papers but the fact remains they are as rare as rocking horse poo!

Agreed that in the event of a court claim pepipoo is the place to get an expert defence .

There is still no record of a sucessful claim being made by Graham White Solicitors in respect of PPC charges ..nor is there ever likely to be IMO.

Remember of 800 claims issued last year only 49 made it into court .

Thats 49 out of 1.8 MILLION tickets issued !

In fact, he's not turned up to court yet as far as I know.

It is true he has issued a few claims - in relation to the letters he sends out these are an unbelievably low proportion indeed. Miniscule.

The claims are either struck out, or he withdraws, or he doesn't turn up. I think there's been three claims and the previous sentence describes what happened to each.

He sends thousands of these letters per month.

And roxburghe/graham white are banned from dvla access at the moment, so they are hardly in the position to take things to the small claims
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I am of the view that the only reason why GW is issuing any proceedings at all is because of the involvement of the SRA. Now they may move at the speed of a sloth on downers but - its seems - they are having some form of influence.

In addition to the above, if any of the cases are pursued with the same level of care and depth of legal knowledge as revealed in the Particulars of Claim then the respondents have little to be concerned about.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
