Would you leave a neutral?

I definitely would not leave neutral feedback as you dealt with it well.
Another reason why sellers should be able to leave bad feedback for buyers, who never make mistakes in their life!0 -

Thanks for the replies have made me feel better about it as i try my very best to keep my buyers happy and usually bend over backwards to save my fb. Still at 100% and my stars are still fine so i don't think any major damage has been done.
Won't bother with the revision request on this occasion.
you sound like me. I like to treat people who buy from and sell to me as I like to be treated. When this doesn't happen, as in your case, it feels like a personal "slap in the face" ! Ridiculous I know, just goes to show that some people aren't as considerate.
Forget it and move on.

Of course neutral is appropriate - the buyer is in the position they were in prior to the purchase so not a positive outcome for them so why would they leave positive feedback. As long as the feedback text is ok, I don't see an issue.0
