seller dashboard Q

When I go to my seller dashboard, next to policy compliance it says 'high' but with an ! Next to it.
When I click on the ! It says in big red writing "your account is restricted and attention required"
Yet underneath that it says no cases have been open and your account is in good standing. As far as im aware there are no restrictions on my account.
Can anyone shed some light what this means?

Three lows may take you over your percentage, it's about percentage as well as numbers.0 -

From memory the percentage was 0.63 and youre allowed upto 1%?0 -

I am a business seller on 3 month evaluations and can have 0.5% so assumed we were all the same.
Edit, yes, just found the standard and above standard percentages. Never knew that.0 -

No policy warnings?
about a year ago I was advertising a code. This got took down firstly for being listed in the wrong category, then months latertook down again for not being a tangable item.
However next to policy compliance it does state 'high' and theres no mention of the takedowns anywhere on the dashboard.0
