i was wondering where emily's gone to as well! but i've checked and she has been on the site on and off over the last couple of weeks her last activity was yesterday evening although she didnt post anything. i'm hoping if anything was wrong she would have posted. so hopefully she's just been too busy with everything and is saving up for a really big update!

    Hello everyone

Bless you all, thank you for your concern :A

I'm sorry for not being around for a while. It's not that I've been busy, it's just that when Ellie was born, I realised that there are more important things in life than money and I decided to take a step back from debt-clearing for a while. I know that this has set my plans back a bit but I think it has done me some good.

Ellie is doing really well and has been out of hospital now for just over a week. She is really gorgeous and I just love spending time with her.

My foot has now healed rather well, I can walk and drive now but it still hurts a bit.

Nothing more to report with the debt clearing - I'm going to have to reset my plan for this year as I'm now a bit behind.

I've won a few more prizes: 5 DAB radios in total now (each worth £90 - I haven't got these yet but they are being delivered at the end of this month :D ), some garden tools worth £180, a kid's transporter worth £130 (not sure what that is, not received it yet!), an Xbox 360 game and some other bits and bobs. When I receive them I will sell them all and pay some more off my debts.

I'm going to reset my debt plan later on tonight. Need to do some work on AQA later as I'm aiming for £600 this month.

    Take care

Glad you're ok, and little Ellie sounds adorable. You're right, there is more to life than money.

Wow at you winning all that, you must be really lucky or know what to enter! I've entered a few from the competitions board, but no luck yet :o

I am officially back on the DFW wagon!! I never fell off it, just stepped off for a rest!!

    My old schedule was:

Clear Capital One card by end of June 2007 (£940)
Clear Barclaycard by end of July 2007 (£380)
Clear LloydsTSB Platinum card by end of September 2007 (£1,300)
Clear LloydsTSB loan by end of November 2007 (£1,700)
Clear loan to sister by end of December 2007 (will be around £600 by then)
Clear LloydsTSB Gold card by 24th April 2008 (£5,000)

    My new schedule is:

Clear Capital One card by end of July 2007 (£890)
Clear Barclaycard by end of August 2007 (£380)
Clear LloydsTSB Platinum card by end of September 2007 (£1,300)
Clear LloydsTSB loan by end of November 2007 (£1,500)
Clear loan to sister by end of December 2007 (will be around £600 by then)
Clear LloydsTSB Gold card by 24th April 2008 (£5,000)

I will do my best to stick to that schedule now as I desperately want to be debt free!!

Off to answer some questions now ;)

    Hi everyone

Please can I ask all my fellow DFW's a favour?

I have entered a photo competition and really need the votes to win an Ipod.

    Here is the link: http://www.maxfreshphoto.com/comp-index.aspx

My photo is on the second page (have to use the arrows to scroll) and it's of my rabbit and guinea pig giving eachother evil eyes over their food bowl!! It's on the bottom row, second from left.

    Thank you :A

    Hi Emily,

I have just voted for you, good luck I hope you win. I am most envious I would absolutely love a bunny of my own. Alas I dont have a garden and my OH has a cat who already eyes up my hamster... oh well.
