The Judge at Northampton court has ordered that a filing of an allocation questionaire be dispensed with in my case unless the District Judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise. Anyone else had this please? My case is against the Yorkshire bank.0

This has started to happen now, probably because judges are getting annoyed. They are basically trying to speed up the process, because they already know the outcome. Sit tight and wait for the court to come back to you.0 -
I have been away on holiday and whilst away, the 28 days expired for Barclays to file their defence to my claim.
I just checked onl MCOL, and it says that they filed a defence on 01/03/07. This date isn't right as I only filed the case online 28 days ago!!!
Am I right in thinking that I will now be sent the necessary AQ form from the court, and can expect a court date through next???
You should expect an AQ soon. Fill it in promptly and send it back. There is a guide in the Reclaim Help thread (link in signature).0 -

I think we just have to wait and see what the sourts write back this seems like it is new i have a feeling after the bank holiday weekend we will get letters in the post telling us what is happening next.
What i dont understand is isnt there a time limit between when the banks enter a defence and them setting you a court date? does anyone know ?0 -

It depends on how busy the court is.0 -
that doesnt say a lot? so there is no standard time so we could end up waiting months on end?
thats a bit dumb isnt it then whats the point of filling everything out in 14 days etc if we could possibly have to wait months on end isnt that jus going to give the banks more time to plot!0
