And what will they do?
They can and may prosecute the charity for breaking child employment law. or more likely make sure the charity is not considered for any contracts with the council if it is in a support sector role. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Yes, you could compare it to a forklift licence in that, if I'm not mistaken, like a driving licence a forklift licence is a legal requirement for some roles, not an optional extra. I only explained why the manager doesn't have it because some people insisted that the situation I described was impossible or that experience was more important.
I really can't explain the backstory. Not least because there are people on MSE who know me personally and explaining means giving out info that is now, definitely, resulting legal action. One MSEr has just popped in for coffee! I really can't explain, and in fact, when I discovered last night that there is definitely legal action being taken I sent a message requesting that this thread be deleted, just in case.Eat food. You cannot take legal action for your daughter getting the tin tack. She has only been there a few months and unless you are claiming some sort of non permitted discrimination then you will lose.0

The person taking action has every chance of winning as far as I can tell, it's a different situation but it's all intertwined.Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

If it's so hush hush and sensitive then it was a bit stupid posting about it in the first case wasn't it ? Deleting it on here won't remove it from view on the internet. In future why not have a word with yourself before digging a huge hole and jumping in with both feet ?
Plus, it's not your battle is it ?0
