NATIONAL COUNTIES BS - Guaranteed ISA 5.5%

According to Moneyfacts.co.uk, this ISA comes out on top of their best buy charts.

Some details:

Interest Paid: Yearly (1st October)
Min-Max Investment: £1+
Minimum Operating Balance: £0.00

Guaranteed Rates : Rate guaranteed to be at least 0.50% above Base Rate until 5.4.06.

Transfer out penalty 10 day loss.

I also downloaded a pdf file about this ISA from their website. Something I noticed in this document was that they will allow transfers into the ISA from 6th April 2006.

Before I take the plunge and go with this ISA for this years allowance, does anyone have any reason why I should not?
