I'm looking to get a Blackberry and was wondering if anyone knew whether one particular service provider was significantly cheaper than another, or if there was a way of doing it especially cheaply.

BB pearl free at Orange, data only plan for £17pm
basically its not meant to happen but orange do buybacks so you trade in an old phone for x amount, people have managed to get a £50 trade in credited to their data only accounts
but not guarenteed and youd have a bit of a job trying to find a retail shop to accept the trade in
works out to £154 for the yearYes Your Dukeiness0 -
ta.does data-only plan mean not for use for phone calls, just email?0

yup, you can have call plans added but means £25 for voice (think online they have a £19 plan) + £14 think it is for the data minimum
but then you can definatly be able to get the trade inYes Your Dukeiness0 -
I've been looking at this ( Click here) cashback offer through CPW for the 7100x. It offer 9 months free on a 12 month contract. Or find it here:
http://shop.carphonewarehouse.com/pay-monthly/blackberry/7100x/o2/
This seems an excellant deal plus you can also go through Quidco for £35.
Therefore 9 months free leaves 3 months line rental of 3 X £45 = £ £135.
£135 - £35 Quidco = £100 for the 12 months.
