Went in today and bought 2 x andrex, 2 x robinsons, over £8 on dairy and a few other bits so should have got 3 x 10p coupons, however cashier didn't scan one of my dairy products (yoghurts worth £2.25) so didn't get the extra coupon! I questioned why i hadn't got the 3rd, he said to go to customer services - who then said they'd just charge me for yoghurts but i wouldn't get the 10p voucher, so i missed out!! :(

Might be worth a call to customer services and telling then about the situation. They will probably pop them in the post for you. The store really should have refunded the ones you had paid for and then put them through with the un scanned item. :)

Got my Tesco PP vouchers back today for £10 but just as well I added a few extra items as the chicken and beef stock cubes and Chomp came back as N/A.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.

spent £32 on dairy got 4 x 10p off a litre. Used price promise coupon from last shop of £8.50 and a till spit for £1.50 off.

6 x cathedral city cheese buy 2 get 1 free £18 (Asda £12 so hopefully price promise voucher for £6).

    8 x 4 pinters of milk £9.44 (Asda £8.00 so pp voucher for £1.44)

I got 3 lots of Tesco lighter cheese (3 for 2) £5.64 (don't think these will qualify for price promise)

3 x shape choc and vanilla £3 (Asda same price)

then to make up my other items (need 8 for price promise) I bought a pear, a banana, an onion, spring onions (yes I know this = 9 items oops)

Total bill was £35.84 with 3 for 2 cheese offers then £8.50 price promise voucher & £1.50 till spit from last shop when I spend £6 on diary = £25.84 to pay

I'm expecting to generate £5.44 price promise guarantee and get 40p off a litre which to me means £16 off. all multi buy items have a long shelf life and the cheese could be frozen if necessary but I should use it by the sell by date of Jan 13.

    Second shop

    2 x 1.75 Robinsons no added sugar, 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 onion, 1 lemon, 1 lime

£8.46 total, used £7.13 price promise voucher from last shop actual cost £1.33. 10 p off a litre = £4 savings in fuel. Price promise generated for next shop should be £3

Don't worry about them coming back as N/A. That is against other supermarkets so the system it saying that it does not stock that product on their website. It just needs to appear on the Tesco section of the PP. :)

That's a revelation! So when people post up their pricechecks, as long as the first column has a price in it, it's ok? :o
On second thoughts - if there is only a price in the first column and n/a in the shop you are comparing with - it means that it's ok as a filler, but not ok if you were hoping for a price comparison?
